Vamosn & Beyond does not sell, rent, or trade the personal data of its guests, users, or visitors. However, to ensure a quality experience, your data may be shared with third parties in the following cases:
- Essential service providers for the hotel’s operation and the provision of contracted services (such as tour operators, transportation, local guides, medical or technical services), always under confidentiality agreements and with use limited to the provision of the service.
- Technological platforms used for managing reservations, online payments, satisfaction surveys, communication tools, or email marketing, all in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- Administrative or judicial authorities, when required by a legal obligation, court order, or current regulations.
Partner companies or contractors, in the case of joint promotional activities, provided that the protection of personal data is guaranteed in accordance with Colombian law.
In the case of international transfers of personal data (for example, for online payments or surveys managed on servers located outside of Colombia), Burú Nature Hotel will ensure that such transfers are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) and with appropriate protection mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses or transmission agreements with privacy and security obligations.
At Vamos & Beyond, some of the services we use to operate our website, process reservations, electronic payments, or digital communications may be hosted outside of Colombia.

- Data collected during booking or check-in: This data will be retained for the duration of the business relationship and for up to 5 years after the last contact, for tax, contractual, or legal purposes.
- Data provided for account creation or web forms: This data will be stored while the user maintains an active relationship with us or until they request its deletion.
- Data used for sending commercial or promotional communications: This data will be retained until the data subject revokes their consent, voluntarily unsubscribes, or expressly objects to its processing.
Data collected in satisfaction surveys: This data will be deleted after being anonymized and statistically processed. It is not associated with the end user after analysis.
Data used for service personalization: This data will be retained only while an active relationship is maintained with Vamos and Beyond and will be securely deleted upon termination of that relationship.
Once the purposes of the processing have been fulfilled, or upon the express request of the data subject, the data will be deleted, anonymized, or archived in accordance with current data protection regulations.
